Ranchi: The State Congress Committee will organise an “Aabhar Samagam” (Thanksgiving Event) on December 21 at the Geetanjali Banquet Hall in Chiraudi. State Congress President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh will chair the event.
Congress spokesperson Sonal Shanti informed that the programme will be attended by top leaders including State Congress In-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir, Co-In-charge Saptgiri Shankar Ulka, Member of Parliament and Co-In-charge Dr Siribela Prasad, along with Assembly Election Observers Tariq Anwar, BK Hariprasad, and Mohan Markam.
The event will also see the participation of AICC members, state representatives, district presidents, heads of leading organizations, state heads of various departments, and block and mandal presidents.
Sonal Shanti emphasized that the success of the Congress party in Jharkhand’s recent Assembly elections is due to the hard work of party workers and leaders. The Congress workers, along with their alliance partners, successfully communicated the achievements of the government to the public and exposed the divisive policies of the BJP. This collective effort led to a strong mandate from the people, resulting in the return of the Mahagathbandhan government.
The “Aabhar Samagam” aims to express gratitude to the party workers and to discuss organizational matters for the future.
