Chaibasa: In two separate incidents which took place in the West Singhbhum district of Jharkhand a jawan of Cobra was injured while 10 IEDs were also recovered on Saturday.
In the first incident in Gitilipi village under the Goeilkera Police Station area, a search operation was conducted by the 60th battalion of CRPF and Chaibasa Police during which 10 IEDs were recovered.
Detailing the incident Chaibasa DP Ashutosh Shekhar said that some IEDs have been recovered and more details will be shared later.
Separately in the forest area of Rengada Hatu village Inspector of the Cobra battalion, Prabhakar Sahni got injured as he came in contact with an IED planted by the Maoists.
