Ranchi: “74th Statewide Van Mahotsav 2023” program was organized Monday in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly premises under the chairmanship of Vidhan Sabha Speaker Rabindra Nath Mahato.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren participated in this program as the chief guest.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that a state-wide program of Van Mahotsav is going on in the state.
This program is being celebrated continuously at different places of the state, in the same order today all of us have attended the tree plantation program in the Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha premises like earlier this year as well.
The Chief Minister said that at present there is rapid thinking and churning about climate change in the country and the world.
The Chief Minister said that widespread tampering or exploitation of natural systems somewhere is the root cause of climate change.
Due to the increasing climate change, human life, wild animals, water animals, whether it is other animals found on this earth, all are affected.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that at present, it is necessary that not only in festivals but also in normal life, every person should take personally and politically effective steps regarding environmental balance.
The Chief Minister said that this Van Mahotsav program has been organized in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly premises under the leadership of the Speaker, where all of us have gathered.
The Chief Minister appealed to all the people present in this festival that they must plant one tree each from their side and also preserve that tree.
The Chief Minister said that when all of us will plant trees and make others aware about planting trees, then slowly but surely a big change will be seen.
The Chief Minister said that all of us will work with commitment to improve climate change, only then a positive effect will be seen in the environmental balance.
On this occasion, the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Rabindra Nath Mahato, Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Minister Alamgir Alam, Minister Champai Soren, Minister Joba Manjhi, Minister Mithilesh Thakur, Minister Badal Patralekh and all the legislators present in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly premises.
