Ranchi: A case has been registered in Ranchi for tampering with the tricolor.
In the Muharram procession, deputation magistrate Rana Baraik has lodged an FIR at the Daily Market police station.
A case has been registered under IPC sections 147, 153(A), 153(B), 120(B), 2 and Prevention of Insults to National Honor Act.
After this the police will issue notices to all the akhada operators and call them for enquiry.
At the same time, the police are trying to identify people on the basis of CCTV footage.
It was seen in the viral video that the National Flag (Tricolor) was tampered with during the Muharram procession.
The color of the national flag was the same.
But after removing the Ashok Chakra from the middle of the tricolor, something else was written there.
When people saw the change in the tricolor, they made a video of it and made it viral on social media.
