CM directs officials to remove all discrepancies prevailing in recruitment policy within 10 days

Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren chaired a meeting of the Personnel Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha department and directed the officials to take necessary steps to remove the discrepancies in the recruitment policy. He asked the officials to ensure better coordination between Personnel Administrative Reforms Rajbhasha department, other departments, JPSC and JSSC so that the appointment process can be sped up. He said that recruitment in the departments should not be left pending. He said that it is the intention of the state government to create as much job as possible for the youth and the recruitment process should not be pending at any level.

The Chief Minister categorically said that within a fixed time frame the pending recruitments have to be completed therefore the officials should develop a better plan so that within a fixed time limit the desired results can be obtained. The Chief Minister categorically asked the departments to remove all the obstacles and discrepancies in the recruitment policy and publish the advertisement for appointments in different departments.

He said that all the departments should ensure that the changes which have been made in appointments in category three and four jobs by the Personnel Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha department should be followed by all the other departments as this will allow more opportunities for the youth of the state and the vacant posts in the different departments will be also filled immediately.
