CM directs officials to complete all works within deadline

Ranchi, Sep 24: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das has directed the
officials to accord priority to the development scheme on in the state
and ensure that the work is completed on time and undertake regular
review of the progress being made.

Chairing a high level review meet at the project building to asses the
progress in ongoing infrastructure development projects in the stat he
said that the DCs, DFOs and all other officials should look for
solutions of the problems within the frame work of law and also asked
to fix the responsibility as per the work. He asked the officials to
understand the need of being serious over the progress in
developmental works.

The Chief Minister said that all the departments should work in
coordination to speed up work as the government was in no mood to
tolerate negligence. He asked them to take care of the displaced
people first and under their demands and suggested that the companies
through CSR should work to fulfill their smaller needs. He said that
next month also he would once again hold a meeting over this subject.
During the programme progress in implementation of schemes under
roads, NNAHI, dedicated freight corridor, railway projects, mines,
CCL, BCCL, ECL, airport authority and other departments was taken up
for review.
