CM Champai Soren said, Government is running from the village, you are getting the benefits of government schemes at your doorstep

East Singhbhum: Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren said, every poor person in the state will have his own house. No person will remain homeless. The state government has started providing three-room furnished pucca houses to all the needy in a phased manner.

Chief Minister Champai Soren said these things while addressing the Kolhan division level Abua Awas Yojana program at Gopal Maidan in Jamshedpur. On this occasion, he provided acceptance letters to 24 thousand 827 beneficiaries selected for the first phase of this scheme and transferred Rs 74 crore 48 thousand to their bank accounts through DBT.

It may be noted that 1 lakh 92 thousand 624 beneficiaries have been identified for the Abua Housing Scheme in East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum and Seraikela-Kharsawan districts of Kolhan division.

The Chief Minister made it clear that there will be no middlemanship and negligence of any kind in the Abua Housing Scheme. A permanent priority list of all eligible beneficiaries will be prepared and houses will be allotted to them accordingly. If anyone commits any kind of irregularity in this, action will be taken against him.

The Chief Minister said that former Chief Minister Hemant Soren was working to beautify Jharkhand with his able leadership. Even during a global pandemic like Corona, he did not allow the system of Jharkhand to get disorganized. Work was done to bring back the workers by aeroplane. Made arrangements for everyone’s life and livelihood.

Our government is working to carry forward the works in accordance with his resolve, thinking, policy, plan, mission and vision. The Chief Minister said that the government in Jharkhand is being run from the villages.

Through the program “Aapki Yojana – Aapki Sarkar – Aapke Dwar” the government reached every home and the work of connecting the people at the last line of the society with the government schemes was done. From DC and SP to BDO-CO, they are reaching your doorstep and solving your problems with full sensitivity. This trend will continue further. 

The Chief Minister said that this government is yours. Every person will be given his/her rights with full respect. There will be no exploitation and injustice to anyone. Everyone will get justice here. Along with this, the government will stand with the tribals, indigenous people, the poor and the needy in every situation, this is our promise.

The Chief Minister said that the government is committed to the development of all areas of the state. The whole country shines with the mineral resources here, those mineral resources will now be put to good use in the interest of this state. nfrastructure in the industrial area will be strengthened for industrial development. All old roads will be repaired. Initiative to improve the system of hospitals has been started.

Irrigation projects are being completed to provide water to every farm throughout the year. So that farmers can empower themselves by increasing their income by farming throughout the year. 

The Chief Minister said that the government has now decided to extend the benefits of the pension scheme to women along with Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes who have completed the age limit of 50 years. In this regard, a campaign will be started from the Panchayat to select the beneficiaries.

He also said that because of the Universal Pension Scheme today no one is untouched by pension. Pension is reaching every household, due to which the elderly do not have to depend on anyone financially. 

The Chief Minister said that the government has been continuously working for the betterment of education. Every possible step is being taken to ensure that children get quality education. In the School of Excellence, poor children are being given education in English medium on the lines of private schools. 

Financial assistance is being given to girl students for studies through Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana. To enable the children of our state to become engineers, doctors and officers, they are being provided financial assistance for preparing for competitive exams and doing various courses. Now all the students of class 12th will be given a Guruji Credit Card, so that they do not face any kind of financial crisis in getting further education.

Apart from this, the government is giving 100% scholarship to the children of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Minority and Backward Class for higher education abroad.
