CM Champai Soren issued guidelines to the officials to encourage the study of tribal languages in the government schools of the state

Ranchi:  Chief Minister Champai Soren held a meeting with senior officials in the Chief Minister’s Chamber located in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly and stressed on starting the study of tribal languages in all the government schools of the state soon.

The Chief Minister directed the officials to ensure that by giving priority to the rich local tribal languages of Jharkhand, education in tribal languages should be provided to the students studying in schools.

The Chief Minister directed the officials to immediately appoint expert teachers of all the tribal languages including Santali, Ho, Kudukh, Khadiya, and Mundari for teaching tribal languages.

The Chief Minister directed that all preparations should be made soon so that the study of tribal languages can start from the primary classes.

The Chief Minister said that the department should complete all the processes on time based on the assessment received.
