Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren has approved a proposal to constitute a sub-divisional court in Nagar Untari of Garhwa district.
After his consent, the proposal will be now placed before the cabinet for approval. The process of construction of sub-divisional court, residential areas and prisons were in the process.
At Nagar Untari subdivision six courts will be constituted out of which one court each will belong to District and Additional Sessions Judge, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Civil Judge (Senior Division), Civil Judge (Junior Division) and Sub-divisional judicial magistrate while two courts of judicial magistrates will be set up.
For the establishment of these courts, the posts of judicial officers and their staff are to be created. The post of judicial officers will be created by the Personnel and Administrative Reforms department while the non gazetted staff post will be constituted by the law department.
