CM approves funds for teachers in non government aided schools & Urdu teachers

Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren has approved a proposal of the School Education and Literacy Department to provide a sum of Rs 224.48 crore as salary for the teachers and other staffs of non government aided primary schools of the state.

This amount will be for the financial year 2021-22. Further another proposal worth Rs 55.80 crore of the School Education and Literacy department has been also approved.

His amount will be used for providing salary to the Urdu teachers who are working in the primary schools. Against a total of 4401 posts of Urdu teachers, only 689 are working in the state.
