Khunti: The Chief Secretary, Home Secretary, and DGP reached Khunti on Wednesday for the program of Jan Jatiya Guarv Diwas and the Prime Minister’s visit to Birsa Munda’s ancestral place in Khunti.
After this, the officials took stock of the construction work of the football stadium and temporary helipad located at Birsa College. Then inspected the preparations for the program in Ulihatu, the birthplace of Birsa Munda.
Preparations are in full swing before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Ulihatu on November 15. Officials are continuously inspecting the venue of programs organized in Ulihatu and Khunti.
The SP and SC of Khunti district directed that all the officers should work with mutual coordination so that apart from law and order, the security system, traffic system and arrangement of the program venue remain better.
