Chief Minister reaches Morhabadi Grounds, reviews preparations for State Foundation Day function

Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren reached the Morhabadi Maidan in Ranchi and took stock of the preparations for the main function program to be organized on November 15 on the occasion of State Foundation Day.

The Chief Minister obtained point-wise information regarding the preparations from the officials and also gave necessary guidelines. The Chief Minister asked the officials to ensure proper seating arrangements for the guests and general public participating in the main function.

He asked to place LED screens on both the left and right sides of the chairs placed for the visitors to sit and said to place chairs and LED screens in an organized and orderly manner. The Chief Minister directed that a life-size photograph of Dharti Aaba Bhagwan Birsa Munda should be placed in the background of the main stage.

The Chief Minister said that the arrangement for parking of vehicles should also be maintained properly.

He asked the officials to take full care so that the common people do not have to face any kind of disorder and also instructed to ensure that the maintenance of law and order remains tight. The officials informed the Chief Minister that on the occasion of the State Foundation Day, the main function would be organized from 12:30 pm.

A complete seating arrangement has been made for the visitors and general public attending the programme. Live telecast of the main function will be done on LED screens installed in all the districts. All the districts will be associated with the main function.

On the occasion, Chief Secretary Sukhdev Singh, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Rajeev Arun Ekka, Principal Secretary Vandana Dadel, Secretary to Chief Minister Vinay Kumar Choubey, Secretary Amitabh Kaushal, Secretary Prashant Kumar, Deputy Commissioner Ranchi Rahul Kumar Sinha, Senior Police Superintendent Kishore Kaushal and other senior officials were present.
