Chief Minister Hemant Soren gifts 188 projects worth Rs 79381.621 lakh to the people of Giridih

Ranchi: The Chief Minister said it has been more than two decades since Jharkhand became a separate state. But the expectations of the people of the state could not be fulfilled in education, health and employment and many other fields. The tag of poverty and backwardness remained associated with Jharkhand. But, our government is continuously working to speed up the development of the state amidst various challenges. We have provided means of life and livelihood to the people even during the Corona period and now with full force to make Jharkhand stand in the category of leading states.

The Chief Minister said that the process of appointments has started in the state. In many departments, appointment letters have been distributed among the candidates on a large scale and this will continue even further. Strict instructions have been given to the officers in this regard that the results of competitive examinations should be published on time and complete transparency should be taken care of. If there is any discrepancy in this, then strict legal action will be taken against the accused.

The Chief Minister said instead of changing the problems, our government is working on the policy of solving them. The old pension scheme for government employees has been reinstated once the mercury has worked to fulfill the long pending demands of teachers and assistants. On the other hand, through the “Sarkar Aapke Dwar” program, the officials have solved their problems by reaching the doorsteps of the people living in remote rural areas and connected them with various schemes.

The Chief Minister said now the government has taken steps in the direction of providing better education than private schools in government schools. School of Excellence is an example of this, the teachers here have been trained from IIMs, so that they can provide modern and quality education to the children. Apart from this, Principal, Vice Principal and specialist teachers are being appointed in schools. At the same time, sports and music will also be taught.

The Chief Minister said several schemes are being run in the state for the development of sports and sportspersons. Sports grounds are being developed in village panchayats. Sports competitions are being organized from Panchayat to State level. Sports material is being provided to the schools. In this series, national and international level sports competitions will also be organized in Jharkhand.

The Chief Minister said a large number of labourers migrate from the state for employment. The government is committed to promoting the welfare and interests of these labourers. In this episode, an action plan has been made to enter into agreements with various states. In this episode, an agreement has been made with Maharashtra. There will now be a centre for the labourers of Jharkhand. Officers will also be deputed here, who will listen to the problems of the labourers and solve them.

The Chief Minister said that under the Sarvajan Pension Yojana, pension is being given to all the elderly, disabled and widows, then there is a Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme to connect the youth with self-employment. Mukhyamantri Pashudhan Yojana is going on for the farmers and cattle rearers, while the Phulo-Jhano Aashirwad Yojana is there to connect women who sell bone-liquor with a respectable livelihood. Savitribai Phule Kishori Samriddhi Yojana for girls studying and Marang Gomke Scholarship Scheme for higher education abroad are going on. Birsa Harit Gram Yojana, Nilambar Pitambar Jal Samridhi Yojana and Shaheed Poto Ho Khel Vikas Yojana to promote sports-players in panchayats for strengthening the rural economy. Not only this, there are many other schemes. Join these schemes and make yourself self-reliant and contribute to the development of the state.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister gifted 188 schemes worth Rs. 79381.621 lakh to Giridih district. This includes inauguration of 28 schemes worth Rs 6821.671 lakh and foundation stone laying of 160 schemes worth Rs 72559.95 lakh. At the same time, assets were distributed among 15,000 beneficiaries Wednesday. 

The Chief Minister inaugurated the improvement work of 19 kilometer road from KB Road to Tiranga Chowk by the Road Construction Department.

The Chief Minister inaugurated the repair and reconstruction work of Pandaria (Idgah Mor) to Lachudih (via Banki Kala, Saraiya Karme and Lachuri), 28 km long Banpura to Gorhar road (NH-19) and Saria-Koyridih-Kathwara road (44.46 km). Foundation stone laid. Inauguration of new building of Product Office, Giridih. Inauguration of bridge construction on Chandauli and Badki river under third block of Giridih district. Foundation stone laid for the Public Health Unit building in Dumri block. The foundation stone of the sub-health center building was laid in Giridih, Sariya, Deori, Gaona, Jamua, Dhanwar, Tisri, Pirtand, Gandey block.
