Champai Soren claims to form government, Governor says – to have consider and call soon

Ranchi:  Champai Soren along with four other MLAs reached Raj Bhavan to meet Governor CP Radhakrishnan.

Five people entered Raj Bhavan from the back gate in two cars.

Under the leadership of Champai Soren, Alamgir Alam, Satyanand Bhokta, Vinod Singh and Pradeep Yadav have gone to Raj Bhavan.

All the MLAs will stake claim to the Governor to form the government and ask for time.

The Governor has considered this and assured to give it as soon as possible.

After meeting the Governor, Champai Soren said that the Governor has assured him that he will be called soon.

However, time has not yet been given by Raj Bhavan.

Governor CP Radhakrishnan had given time to meet Champai Soren at 5:30 pm on Thursday.

The Governor has called only five MLAs to Raj Bhavan.

According to Sources, all the MLAs are in the Circuit House.

Lobin Hembrom, Sita Soren, Chamra Linda and Ramdas Soren are not present in the Circuit House, but according to Champai Soren, those four MLAs also have the support.

Lobin Hembrom said in a telephonic conversation that he was in the area.

Lobin Hembrom will come to Ranchi tomorrow.

JMM has released videos of 43 MLAs.

All 43 MLAs of the Grand Alliance are present in the Circuit House.

After receiving information from Raj Bhavan, these MLAs can be taken for parade to Raj Bhavan any time.

Earlier, elected leader of India Alliance Champai Soren had written a letter to Governor CP Radhakrishnan.

He had said in his letter that the resignation letter was submitted to you by Chief Minister Hemant Soren on 31 January 2024.

After you accepted it at 8.45 pm, a five-member delegation led by me met you.

The delegation included me as the leader of JMM Legislature Party along with Congress Legislature Party leader Alamgir Alam, RJD MLA Satyanand Bhokta, CPI (ML) MLA Vinod Kumar Singh and JVM (P) MLA Pradeep Yadav.
