Chamber raised Concern on traffic issues and cyber security

Ranchi: The executive committee meeting of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce was held. The Kishore Mantri presided over the meeting. In the meeting, members expressed concern over the traffic problem in the city.

He said that the bylane near the flyovers under construction is in a dilapidated condition, due to which accidents are happening every day. Due to lack of proper arrangement of bylanes and approach roads, people are deprived of facilities and security. It was said in the meeting that even on Circular Road, the road has been left incomplete by the PHD department by digging potholes. Due to which vehicles get stuck there regularly.
People are also worried due to dust blowing in the area.\

The agency or department involved in the construction work of roads and flyovers should review. On the complaint received from the traders, Chamber President Kishore Mantri asked to hold a meeting with the Traffic SP soon.
Members shared views on the need to quickly implement the building regularization scheme in Jharkhand. On which Chairman Kishore Minister informed that this bill is stalled due to technical reasons. The Federation is continuously making efforts to implement this bill related to public interest.


He praised the efforts of Ahari Sub Committee Chairman Anand Kothari for the recently concluded workshop to promote commercial horticulture and horticulture-based trade and industry in Jharkhand. He appealed to the members to take advantage of the schemes of the National Horticulture Board.

It said that there is a provision of 30 to 50 percent subsidy under the scheme. During the meeting, members were also informed about the problems related to cyber security. It was decided that a cyber-awareness workshop would soon be organized in the Chamber Bhawan.
