On the first day, the Election Commission of India (ECI) team, led by the CEC, will meet with Chief Secretary Alka Tiwari, Home Secretary Vandana Dadel, DGP Anurag Gupta, and other senior officials. The meeting will focus on reviewing the roles and experiences of volunteers during the previous Lok Sabha and Assembly elections.

On April 12, the Commission will hold an interaction with local volunteers during a meeting scheduled in Rajrappa. This engagement aims to gather feedback and strengthen grassroots-level election operations through insights from those directly involved on the ground.

The final day of the visit, April 13, will feature a special event near Dassam Falls in Bundu, Ranchi, where Booth Level Officers (BLOs) who have performed exceptionally well will be felicitated. Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar is expected to attend the event. The ECI delegation will return to New Delhi later that evening.
