Ranchi, Jun 26: Nine cabinet ministers of the Jharkhand Government are currently at IIM-Ahmedabad where they are horning their leadership skills.
During the four day training programme the ministers would be provided training on how to carry out work with in their departments in a better manner. The training session commence from Monday morning.
In the course of next four days the ministers would be taught how they can better handle the functioning o ftheir department. They would be also told on things which they should keep in mind and the aspirations which the people have from the leaders.
They would also be taught on how to handle the situation like a leader when the promises made to the people are left unfulfilled. The ministers would also be taught on how they should speak in the public and other social platforms. The training would also cover many other aspects.
Barring Agriculture Minister Randhir Singh all other cabinet minister including Saryu Rai, C P Singh, Louis Marandi, Chandraprakash Chowdhary and others are part of the training programme.
