Ranchi: The state government has decided to cover the green ration cardholders of the state with the benefits of Ayushman Bharat-Mukhyamantri Jan Aarogya Yojana.
A decision in this regard was taken in the meeting of the state cabinet which was chaired by Chief Minister Hemant Soren at the project building here. In the meeting, a total of 13 proposals were passed. Prominent among them was also to hold the Winter Session of the Jharkhand Assembly from December 16 to 22, 2021.
In the light of the order passed by the Supreme Court on 19.08.2021 in SLP Civil No.-13473/2020 Pankaj Kumar Vs State of Jharkhand and others, the appellant Pankaj Kumar was appointed to the post of Deputy Collector with effect from 11.08.2010. Creating a shadow post of the basic category of Jharkhand Administrative Service in the Scheduled Caste category Pankaj Kumar was given post-facto approval for the appointment made on the post of Deputy Collector.
Approval has been given for partial amendment in Jharkhand Child Development Service Non-Gazetted Employees Recruitment and Condition of Service Rules, 2006. Jharkhand Child Development Non-Gazetted Employees (Women Supervisory) Service Cadre (Recruitment, Promotion and Condition of Service) (Amendment) Rules-2021 have been approved. Approval has been given for extension of Jharkhand Taxtile, Apparel & Footwear Policy-2016 from 19.09.2021 till the new policy is notified or till -18.09.2022 whichever is earlier.
In order to ensure the distribution of food grains through e-PoS in all public distribution system shops in order to computerize the public distribution system, under rule 245, Melinkwell Telesystems Pvt. Approval has been given to extend the period for availing service support of e-PoS machines for the next 2+1 years from Integra Microsoft Private Limited.
Non-gazetted post clerk/ clerk-cum-typist/typist/ other clerical services (recruitment, promotion and others) under Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ of Jharkhand Engineering/Multitechnical Services Cadre under Higher and Technical Education Department, Jharkhand Service Conditions) (First Amendment) Rules-2021” has been approved. Further approval was given to select banks for the maintenance of government accounts in banks. A sum of Rs 2.37 crore plus GST has been approved for a documentary to be shot by National Geographic.
