Ranchi: Film actress and National Award-winning filmmaker Neetu Chandra paid a courtesy call on the Chief Minister Hemant Soren here and expressed her desire to promote the local and regional languages of Jharkhand through films and work towards shooting films at beautiful locations here and providing better platforms to local artistes.
She told the Chief Minister that Jharkhand has a lot of possibilities to promote different businesses through films and is ready to extend full cooperation in this field.
Neetu Chandra told the Chief Minister that for the last 12 years, along with National Award-winning filmmaker Nitin N Chandra, she has been making films on the background of Jharkhand- Bihar and at different locations here.
In this episode, there is now a plan to make a film with local artists in the regional languages of Jharkhand, which will be accompanied by English subtitles, so that the art culture, tradition and other genres here can be shown in front of the country and the world. The Chief Minister assured her of all possible cooperation.
