BJP submits investigation report of Rubika Pahadin murder case to Governor

Ranchi: BJP has handed over the investigation report of Rubika Pahadin murder case to Governor CP Radhakrishnan. Six member team of BJP Scheduled Tribe Morcha met the Governor and handed over the report to him.

After the murder of Rubika Pahadin of Borio of Sahibganj in December 2022, a 21-member committee was formed by the state BJP to investigate the matter. 

The committee has prepared the report after the investigation. Shivshankar Oraon, chairman of the inquiry committee, told the governor that the 21-member committee had gone to Borio, the site of the massacre and the village of the deceased to take stock of the situation.

During this, during conversation with Rubika’s family members and villagers, it was found that under a conspiracy, Bangladeshi infiltrators are physically and mentally exploiting tribal girls thereby trapping them in the trap of love. Along with taking possession of their property, they are pushing them into prostitution.

On the other hand, Shivshankar Oraon told the Governor that the residential schools for Hill and Santhali girls are also illegally occupied by infiltrators. From there, they seduce the girls and trap them in the trap of love.

The delegation urged the Governor to take necessary steps to save the soil, bread, and daughter of the tribal society of the state.

The delegation included Shivshankar Oraon, BJP State Vice President and former MLA Gangotri Kujur, Morcha in-charge and former MLA Ramkumar Pahan, former MLA Tala Marandi, Ashok Baraik, Durga Marandi, Salkhu Soren and Rajendra Munda.
