BJP corners government over cancellation of recruitment policy

Ranchi: On the third day of the ongoing Winter Session of the Jharkhand Assembly the opposition BJP cornered the state government over the cancellation of the recruitment policy by the High Court.

The MLAs of the BJP staged demonstrations outside the house carrying placards and indulged in slogan shouting against the state government. Later as soon as the house commenced for the day the MLAs of the BJP came into the well of the house over the issue. 

BJP MLA Bhanu Pratap Sahi said that youths are being stopped at the police stations and are not being allowed to come on the roads. He sought answers from the government as to why these youths were being stopped from coming out. 

On this MLA Poriyahaat MLA, Pradeep Yadav said that anti-Jharkhand people have got the recruitment policy cancelled. He accused the BJP and its leaders of misleading the youth as they wanted to derail Jharkhand.

On the other hand, BJP MLA Neelkanth Singh Munda said that the state government is only doing politics over the issue while Bhanu Pratap Sahi said that the MLAs have not come to the house to discuss over the construction of drains or roads.

He claimed that despite the objection of the law department such policy was formed and accused the state government of playing with the future of the youth.
