BJP approaches Election Commission against Inspector Dilip Yadav, brother of Congress candidate from Godda

Ranchi : BJP approached the Election Commission against Godda Lok Sabha Congress candidate Pradeep Yadav and his brother Inspector Dilip Yadav.

A delegation of BJP under the leadership of State Convenor of Law Cell Sudhir Srivastava lodged a complaint with the Election Commission on Wednesday.

Sudhir Srivastava told that a person named Neelkanth Yadav was murdered in Jokela village of Saraiyahat police station of Dumka district and then Inspector Dilip Yadav, brother of Pradeep Yadav, reached Neelkanth Yadav’s house in that village and told that he was the one investigating this murder.

The delegation said on whose instructions Dilip Yadav had gone to Neelkanth Yadav’s house.

Since 2005, by whatever means, Dilip Yadav is always transferred to Godda at the time of elections.

This should also be investigated.

The delegation has demanded that Godda Congress candidate Pradeep Yadav, his brother Inspector Dilip Yadav and all those involved in this entire episode should be investigated.

BJP had also filed a complaint against Dilip Yadav in the past, when Dilip Yadav was transferred.

But there is no transfer action, there has been a demand for his suspension.

The BJP delegation said that right now Dilip Yadav is taking measures to get admitted in AIIMS Deoghar, so that he can then go to Godda area and influence the elections.

This delegation included Jyoti Anand, Bipin Kumar, Anuradha Modi.
