Ranchi: There is a possibility of increasing cold in Jharkhand after December 12. The minimum temperature across the state is likely to drop by 2-4 degree celsius in the next 24 hours. Scientists at the local weather station said that due to western disturbances the change in the weather in the hilly areas will also affect Jharkhand.
The MET said that the winds that are blowing at the moment are also part of the east wind due to this effect the sky is partly cloudy and the temperature has not decreased. The MET said that in the coming three-four days the wind will start flowing from the north direction due to which cold in the day and chill in the night will increase.
The effect of fog is also visible in the morning in many areas of Jharkhand. Talking about the last 24 hours, Ranchi has recorded a minimum temperature of 14.3 degrees Celsius and a maximum temperature of 24.6 degrees celsius. Whereas the highest maximum temperature of 30 degree celsius was recorded in Godda and the lowest minimum temperature was 13.2 degree celsius in Ramgarh.
