Addressal of 100 per cent complaints is a priority says Barnwal

Ranchi: Principal Secretary to Chief Minister cum Secretary, Information and public relations Department Sunil Kumar Barnwal reviewed a total of 16 complaints through video conferencing at Suchna Bhawan as part of the weekly review of the complaints registered at the Jan Samwad Kendra here.

During this he said that negligence in execution of complaints will not be tolerated and instructed all district and department nodal officer to work in coordination to execute complaints coming in JanSamvad Kendra.

He gave strict instructions to speed up the execution of complaints to the Nodal Officers of Palamu, Giridih, Dhanbad, Ranchi and Hazaribagh for their unsatisfactory performance. Giridih has the highest number of pending cases, the Secretary instructed nodal officer of Giridih to execute the pending cases within 15 days. He said that the DC of the districts with more than 500 complaints pending will be held accountable. At the same time, regarding the most pending complaints in the Department of Energy, the secretary directed the Nodal Officer of the department to speed up the work.
