Ranchi: Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) announced class 12th Board Exam Result on Tuesday. Total 88.60 % Students in Commerce Stream and 95.97 % of Students in Arts Stream passed in the Intermediate exam held this year by the JAC board. JAC Chairman Anil Kumar Mahato said that “Total 90.61% girls passed through our Jharkhand State in JAC Intermediate exam in Commerce and Arts stream compared to 87.01% Boys.
According to figures released by JAC, a total 28,813 Students appeared in the Commerce Stream Exam in which 25,147 Students passed. 19,891 Students passed with first division marks, 5162 Students passed in Second division and 94 Students passed with third division marks. In Intermediate Arts Stream 24 Students make their place in top 10 in which 22 Students are girls.
This year Ursuline Convent Girls Inter College Student Shristi Kumari scored 96% marks in Board exam and topped at state level. JAC Chairman Anil Kumar Mahato added on Tuesday, Maximum number of passed students are from Hazaribagh district of Jharkhand with 98.47% whereas Least number of Passed Students are from Pakur district of Jharkhand with 88.34%. After Hazaribagh district, Simdega district accounted for 98.38% result this year followed by Khunti district with 98.04%.
Koderma, Lohardaga, Chatra and Ramgarh district total percentage of JAC Intermediate result is 97.68%, 97.65%, 97.56% and 97.47% respectively. Gumla district of Jharkhand resulted 97.43% Followed by Saraikela-Kharsawan with 97.31% , Whereas Latehar District accounted total passed students 97.02% , Giridih 96.80%, Dhanbad 96.82%, East Singhbhum 96.80%. Students passed in Bokaro 96.56 % , Jamtara district accounts 95.64% followed by Deoghar 95.62 %, Garhwa 93.69 %, Dumka 92.95%, Palamu 92 % and Sahebganj 90.83%.
Top Ten Students who got more than 90 % Marks in Class 12th Board Exam of JAC are Shristi Kumari, Mahvish Parveen, Riya Kumari, Priyanka Kumari, Riya Keshri, Shruti Kumari, Prince Kumar, Smirti Kumari, Sahiba Parveen, Priya Kumari Bhagat, Tanvi Kumari, Riya Thirthani, Apoorva Chatterjee, Rohit Kumar, Shristi Karmakar, Komal Kumari Yadav, Anshu Kumari, Aditi Pandey and Priya Kumari.
