Ranchi: Seven IPS officers of 2011 batch have received selection grade promotion and two have received performance promotion.
The Home Jail and Disaster Management Department has issued a notification related to this on Thursday.
Those who got promotion in selection grade include Chandan Kumar Jha, Priyadarshi Alok, Chandan Kumar Sinha, Ajit Peter Dungdung, Anuranjan Kispotta, Manilal Mandal and Amber Lakra.
The names of Shivani Tiwari and Jaya Rai are in the list of getting performa promotion.
Both these IPS are currently on central deputation.
