48 Hours Jharkhand Bandh started in protest against State Government’s Recruitment Policy

Ranchi: To protest against the defective recruitment policy of the State Government Various Students Organisations called 48 Hour Jharkhand Bandh on Saturday.

1500 Police Personnel deployed in Ranchi to tackle Bandh Supporters.

Jharkhand Chief Minister’s Office, Morhabadi Grounds, and nearby places more than two dozen of Close Circuit TV (CCTV) Cameras were installed.

Two Drone Cameras were also kept ready for invigilation.

Student organisations supported by Teachers and Professors are protesting against the 60:40 ratio of the Recruitment Policy of the State Government.

Due to the Bandh dozens of vehicles were stranded on the road.

Jharkhand Kahtiyani Sangharsh Morcha staged a protest against Recruitment Policy at Saraikela Kharsawan district of Jharkhand on Saturday.

Police personnel successfully conveyed their message to Bandh Supporters.

Roads were deserted and shops were closed due to Bandh in Ranchi, Bokaro, Hazaribagh and rest of the districts of Jharkhand.

Birsa Munda Bus Stand in Khadgada was also affected due to Bandh.

Many passengers returned back to home as they did not find any vehicle to travel.

Jharkhand State Students Union supporters carry out banners and stage a protest and burn tyres and block roads to show their anger against the government.

Bandh Supporters including Devendra Nath Mahato and others were present.
