17 police stations to be constructed in six districts including Ranchi, Home Department allocated funds

Ranchi: 17 police stations will be constructed in six districts of Jharkhand including Ranchi.

The Home Jail and Disaster Management Department has allocated funds in this regard.

With Rs 40.48 crore, six police stations will be constructed in Ranchi, two in Palamu, five in Godda, one in Jamtara, two in Pakur and one in Sahebganj.

Apart from this, Bundu and Bariatu police stations in Ranchi district will be made smart police stations.

Khalari Police Station in Ranchi: 1.65 Crore, Dhurva Police Station in Ranchi: 1.63 Crore, Airport Police Station in Ranchi: 1.57 Crore, Nagdi Police Station in Ranchi: 1.63 Crore, Bundu Smart Police Station in Ranchi: 2.94 Crore, Bariatu Smart Police Station in Ranchi: 2.94 Crore, Belbadda police station in Godda: 3 crores, Rajabhita police station in Godda: 3 crores, Pathargama police station in Godda: 3.51 crores.

Deodar police station in Godda: 3.79 crore, Hanwara police station in Godda: 3 crore, Patan police station in Palamu: 2.65 crore, Vishrampur police station in Palamu: 2.66 crore, Bagdahari police station in Jamtara: 1.65 crore, Mahila police station in Pakur: 1.55 crore, Pakur Hiranpur police station: 1.66 crore, Borio police station in Sahibganj: 1.65 crore.

Total expenditure in construction of the police station: 40.48 crore.
