15 laborers rescued from tunnel to be airlifted to Jharkhand

Ranchi: All 41 laborers have been evacuated from Uttarkashi Tunnel in Uttarakhand. There is an atmosphere of happiness across the country due to the successful rescue of workers. The workers were trapped in the tunnel for the last 17 days.

On Tuesday night, the workers were taken out of the tunnel one by one. Of the 41 rescued laborers, 15 are from Jharkhand. According to Sources, Jharkhand Labor Department officials had gone to Uttarakhand to meet the workers. The officials inquired about the condition of the workers. It is being told that all the 15 laborers will be brought back to the state by air route.

At present, they has been kept in the hospital for a medical checkup. Here, after hearing the news of the rescue, the families of the workers are overjoyed. They are eagerly waiting for their families. 3 out of 15 laborers of Jharkhand are from Ranchi.

When the workers came out of the tunnel on Tuesday evening, people across the country started celebrating. After this, one by one all the political leaders started reacting. The country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi also congratulated the workers after the successful operation. 

Only the Prime Minister inquired about the condition of all 41 laborers through video conference.
