Ranchi: Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) General Secretary Supriyo Bhattacharya on Tuesday said, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) will have to file CrPC 499 Defamation Case against Jharkhand BJP President and Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Babulal Marandi over insulting CM Hemant Soren publically.
He said, while addressing a press conference at party headquarters in Ranchi on Tuesday. He said, Chief Minister Hemant Soren went to New Delhi on Saturday. But Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) leader Babulal Marandi made allegations and abused CM Hemant Soren. Surprisingly, Marandi tweeted we have to announce a reward of Rs 11,000 to the person who finds and brings Jharkhand CM.
MM Leader Supriyo Bhattacharya said, we will invest Rupees 11 lakh to Clinical Psychiatrist for medical treatment to Jharkhand BJP Chief Babulal Marandi. He added, your organization went to the Police Station to complain about Jharkhand CM. It is well known that CM called the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday, January 31.
Bhattacharya said, on What Grounds ED reached CM Hemant Soren’s residence in New Delhi. How ED seized Rs 36 Lakh from CM’s residence. Who gave permission to ED? It was preplanned by ED and Babulal. They are treating the CM like Criminal. They want to have a political debacle in Jharkhand.
Bhattacharya said, Hemant Soren is neither Hemant Biswa Sharma nor Ajit Pawar nor Nitish Kumar. He is the son of Brave Struggle Hero Shibu Soren. He added, Raj Bhavan is asking the Chief Secretary and DGP on what grounds. All conspiracy has been organised by the Ministry of Home Affairs. BJP is saying CM is missing. He said that CM is going to appear for Biometric attendance. JMM Leader said, this is the perfect time for 2024, we will identify and isolate people.
