Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren along with Cabinet Ministers hold a Cabinet Meeting at Project Bhavan in Ranchi on Tuesday. Various Proposals were approved during the cabinet meeting.
The following Decisions were taken during the meeting.
Approval of Rs 302.04 crores was given for the establishment of 220/132/33 KV grid substations in Chatra and related transmission lines. Approved of Rs. 2181.96 crore for the plan for the construction of basic transmission structures for the evacuation of the electricity produced from the Patratu Super Thermal Power Plant (3x800MW) from the premises.
Post-facto approval was given for the air travel done by Abhishek Verma, Labor Superintendent, Ramgarh (Pay Scale Level-9), a member of the departmental representative sent to Tamil Nadu State to review and resolve the problems of migrant laborers of Jharkhand State.
Administrative approval was given for Rs.26,64,74,500 for the widening and strengthening/reconstruction work (including land acquisition) for transferring Madhupur-Baikunth Dham (on MDR-225)-Phulchi-Delipathar-Dharmani Mod (on Pandaniyan-Jagdishpur road, ODR) road (total length-10.770 km) from Rural Works Department to Road Construction Department under Deoghar district.
Terrorist / Extremist / Ethnic In lieu of the loss of movable and immovable property damaged in the attack, the amendment was approved in the departmental resolution No. 0-4215, dated- 10.07.2010, regarding the acceptance of compensation grant to ordinary citizens, 2011 approved for amendment.
Under the Jharkhand Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2015, the Jharkhand Tourist Trade Registration Rules 2023 was approved. Approval was given for the formation of the Netarhat Tourism Development Authority.
132/33 KV grid sub-station Chandankyari and 132 KV double circuit Chandankyari-Jainamod transmission line and 132 KV double circuit Chandankyari-Govindpur transmission line amount of the first revised project Rs.123.50 Crore.
Administrative approval of Rs. 70.00 crores was given for the construction of 132/33 KV grid sub-station Chatra and 132 KV Itkhori-Chatra transmission line, as a result of the demand for funds for forestation of Rs. 70.00 crores, the first revised project amount of Rs. 102.90 crores. As a result of forest clearance and other scientific clearance for 13 new transmission projects approved in the DVC command area, a second revised project amount of Rs 1283.74 crore was given administrative approval.
Approval of Rs 17543.51 lakh for Panchkhero Reservoir Scheme. Approval was given for the formation of the Jharkhand Health Regional Worker Cadre (Recruitment, Promotion and other service conditions) Rules-2023 under the Department of Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare.
Approval of the Council of Ministers was given on the provisional program for the twelfth (monsoon session) of the fifth Jharkhand Legislative Assembly to be convened from 28.07.2023 to 04.08.2023. Jharkhand Child Development Non-Gazetted Employees (Female Supervisor) Service Cadre (Recruitment, Promotion and Service Conditions) Rules-2023 amendment were approved.
