Those rejected by people are accusing government of lavish expenditure: JMM

Ranchi: The ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha on Wednesday hit back at the BJP and AJSU claiming that such parties which have been rejected by the people are accusing the state government of making lavish expenditure.

Addressing a press conference JMM spokesperson and General Secretary Binod Pandey said that on December 29 the state government had completed one year in power and had organised a function to highlight its achievements and work plan for the future over which BJP and AJSU have made false allegations.

He said that claims are being made such parties to had spent crores in making the ‘elephant fly’. He said that both the parties were also rejected during the bypolls by the people.

He said that people of Jharkhand are already aware that how both parties mislead the masses and speak lies. He said that AJSU is celebrating Vishwasghat Diwas but that party has on numerous occasions betrayed the people of the state. Pandey said that decision of Babulal Marandi to join the BJP itself is the biggest betrayal.

Over the Agriculture laws he said that the entire country has watched as to how the Centre has cheated the farmers and if in the winter the farmers are sitting on the roads it was only due to the policies of the BJP.

He claimed that on March 22 lockdown was imposed in the country and till date the people are reeling under its effect however the present state government without the help of Centre managed to fight the battle against Coronavirus with its limited resources which is being appreciated by all.

The JMM leader said that whether it is the areas of power or education or providing loan wavier to the farmers and passing of Sarna religious code the government has done all the work and JMM in particular is committed to fulfill all the promised which has been made to the people of Jharkhand.
