Speaker participates in conclusion ceremony of Jharkhand State shooting championship

Ranchi: On the closing ceremony of the 12th three-day Jharkhand State Shooting Championship 2022 at Tikait Umrao Singh Shooting Range Hotwar of Ranchi as the chief guest Speaker of Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha Rabindranath Mahto while encouraging the shooters from all over the state said that Jharkhand is the state of sports.

He said that even big players from small villages have come out and left their mark on the world stage. He said that he was sure that this shooting championship will also bring out some shooters who will show their talent in shooting at the World Shooting Championships and also in the Olympics. 

The Speaker said that this cannot be denied that in any sport the organization associated with that sport also has a great contribution, which prepares the players for the competitions and the people associated with the organization take time out of their busy lives and participate in various events with a dedicated spirit for the game and prepare the outline.

Meeting the office bearers of the Jharkhand State Rifle Association and understanding their sportsmanship, it seems to that the day is not far when the players of Jharkhand will make their mark in the high-level shooting championship. 

VK Dhal, Senior Vice President, National Rifle Association of India, the special guest of the closing ceremony, clarified on the occasion that the Jharkhand State Rifle Association is the only association in Jharkhand recognized by the National Rifle Association of India and through this only the players can win and participate in GV Mavalankar East Zone and National Shooting Championship.

General Secretary of this association Uttamchand and President Diwakar Singh in their address congratulated the Jharkhand State Rifle Association including the Dhanbad Rifle Club for the successful organization of 12th Jharkhand State Shooting Championship and said that a similar successful event should be held in Jharkhand in future also. 

On this occasion, Jharkhand State Rifle Association President Diwakar Singh and Vice President Binay Kumar, while highlighting the history of shooting, said that this time a record 630 shooters participated in the competition and have won the hearts of the people with their performances.
