Ranchi: A health Mela was organized at Sadar Hospital on World Population Day in Simdega. In which health-related information was given and patients were also treated. Prabhat Pheri was also taken out on the occasion of World Population Day. Which started from Sadar Hospital premises and reached back to Sadar Hospital while visiting the city.
People were also made aware of family planning. Population Solution Foundation organized the program in Simdega. DC Arun Walter Sanga, Civil Surgeon Dr. Naval Kumar, and Statistics Officer Mukesh Kumar were present on this occasion.
Under the leadership of Pinky Prasad, a letter was handed over to the Deputy Development Commissioner of the district in the name of PM Modi. In which mainly Hansa Rani, District Treasurer Anoop Prasad, Indu Devi, Savitri Devi, Kamla Kumari, Rooney Kumari, Jayanti Devi, Pinky Sharma, Shakuntala Devi, Shikha Agarwal, Pushpa Devi were present.
