Scuffle at CM School of Excellence in Chatra, DEO said guilty students will be expelled

Ranchi: There was a fierce fight between two groups of students at the District CM School of Excellence in Chatra. Apart from the school children, outsiders were also involved in this fight. 

On Monday afternoon, some students gathered among themselves. Students from both sides made calls and called some of their friends from outside. There was a fierce fight between the two groups in the school premises itself in which some students were injured.

As soon as information about this incident was received, DEO Dinesh Kumar Mishra, Police under Inspector Manoj Pal, Prakash Seth and many police officials reached the school and sent all the children to their respective classes. Strict instructions were given to stop bringing phones to school. Many children who took part in this fight were found with fighters, chains and sticks.

As soon as information about the incident was received, parents, worried about their children, reached home to take them back from school. Other children of the school are scared after this incident. It has been said that an atmosphere of fighting has been created in the school for 15 days.

On October 3 also, after school was over, there was a fight between some students. The parents informed this by applying to the Principal on October 4 but no action was taken on it. 

DEO Dinesh Kumar Mishra condemned the incident and said, we are identifying the children who were involved in this incident. Such children will be thrown out of school. The outsiders who were involved in this incident are also being identified. The school management will take a decision on this after holding a committee meeting. The school environment will not be allowed to deteriorate. Parents should rest assured.
