Ranchi: The state government has given proforma promotion to two IAS officers of Jharkhand cadre. Both the officers are on central deputation.
Mahimapat Ray, posted as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs at the Center and Prabhat Kumar, posted as Director Census Operations, have been given proforma promotion to Level 13. The Personnel Department has issued an order regarding this on Friday.
