Koderma: Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that earlier plans were made in closed rooms and ended there and people were not even aware of getting the benefits of these schemes but officers in his government are going to the doorstep of the people with all the schemes. I urge you to take these schemes to your home and become strong, prosperous, and self-reliant by increasing your income Chief Minister Hemant Soren said while addressing the program “Aap Ki Yojana – Aapki Sarkar – Aapke Dwar” organized at Koderma today.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister also launched the app of Savitribai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana on behalf of the Koderma district administration. The Chief Minister said that the “Sarkar Aapke Dwar” program was very successful last year with the cooperation of the people of the state. During this, more than six thousand camps were organized. More than 35 lakh applications were received in these camps.
Most of these applications were settled in the camp itself and the pending applications have also been resolved at the district level. Along with the public representatives, the common people were also demanding to restart of this scheme. Keeping their sentiments in mind, your scheme, your government, program is being organized at your doorstep and such programs will continue in the future also.
The Chief Minister said that under this program running from October 12, more than eight and a half lakh applications have been received in the camps organized so far. These applications are being processed at a fast pace. I sincerely hope that this time a new record will be set for covering the poor and needy through this program.
The Chief Minister said that if any person has any difficulty in applying for the benefits of schemes in his panchayat, then he can apply in other panchayats also. The benefit of the scheme will definitely be given to all the eligible beneficiaries.
The Chief Minister also said that the government is coming to your doorstep to understand the aspirations and needs of the people, so that the corresponding schemes can be made and implemented on the ground. The Chief Minister said that a report has been issued by the Central Government. It has been told that Jharkhand is one of the few states in the country where per capita income has increased even after two years of global pandemics like Covid-19. All this has been possible because of your cooperation and better management of the government. He said that his government is making plans keeping in mind the interest of every section and section.
The government has implemented Universal Pension Scheme. In which all the eligible beneficiaries are linked to the pension scheme. 20 lakh new ration cards are being issued. A program is going on to give dhoti-sari-lungi to the poor for 10 rupees. Savitribai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana has been started for the girls.
Under the Phulo-Jhano Aashirwad scheme, women selling liquor and bones are being linked to a respectable business. Under the Chief Minister’s Employment Generation Scheme, a grant-based loan of up to Rs 25 lakh is being given to the youth for business. Through Mukhyamantri Pashudhan Yojana, resources are being given to farmers and livestock owners to increase their income. There are many other such schemes, which are being run keeping the needy in mind.
The Chief Minister said that improving the education system is one of the special priorities of the government. He said that model schools are being opened on the lines of private schools. Here children will be given free quality education. At the same time, the amount of scholarship has been increased three times. Not only this, the government is also giving 100 percent scholarships for higher education abroad.
The Chief Minister said that rules have been prepared to give 75 percent of jobs to locals private sector companies in the state now a camp will be organized to give jobs to the locals in the private sector. In this direction, the needs of the companies and their personnel will be assessed.
The Chief Minister said that the work of accelerating the development had only started after leaving the Corona period that due to less rain, a drought-like situation arose but the government has made full preparations to deal with it. In this direction, many schemes are being implemented rapidly to provide relief to the farmers and laborers.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 513 schemes costing Rs 286 crore 12 lakh 94 thousand. In this, 159 schemes were inaugurated at a cost of Rs 134 crore 88 lakh 61 thousand and the foundation stone of 354 schemes was laid at a cost of Rs 151 crore 24 lakh 33 thousand. Apart from this, assets worth Rs 22 crore 98 lakh 23 thousand were distributed among 3377 beneficiaries of welfare schemes run by various departments.
