Ranchi: Additional Chief Secretary of Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare Department Arun Kumar Singh has directed all civil surgeons to timely provide complete information in the correct format while resolving errors/updating the information in the annual administrative report. He has directed to make available pension forms and desired papers for all the doctors who are retiring/ retired till June 2022, ensure timely submission of affidavits in pending court cases to all civil surgeons and matters related to Human Rights Commission, in which the report is not updated.
While chairing a review meeting at IPH Auditorium, Namkum with all the Regional Deputy Directors of Health Services, Civil Surgeons and Deputy Superintendents he also directed to make available all the other necessary reports. In the meeting, he directed all the civil surgeons to make timely adjustments of the pending AC/DC bills.
The report of the draft paragraph of the Accountant General for the year 2008-2009 was directed to be made available to the Civil Surgeon, Palamu, Chatra and Dumka. Land Estate Register is to be prepared at the level of Civil Surgeon, whose detailed instruction will be issued, till then all civil surgeons have been instructed to collect the desired data/information. Instructions were given to all civil surgeons to provide information about running the hearse vehicles provided by the department on PPP mode. If there is a need for additional vehicles in any district, instructions were also given to inform the department. On the demand
of hearse vehicle by the Civil Surgeon Hazaribagh, the Departmental Budget Branch was directed to take action in this regard.
The Health Secretary said that even small things have to be taken care of. How many vehicles are approved and how many vehicles are required all civil surgeons were directed to provide updated status of trains. Due to the continuous complaints received regarding Civil Surgeon, Khunti it was directed to get clarification from him and he was warned to do the right thing and avoid negligence. Similarly, Civil Surgeon Bokaro was also advised to work properly. In view of the cases of Covid-19, all the civil surgeons were instructed to be in touch with the Deputy Commissioner of their district and follow the instructions at all times.
He also directed to give a pending incentive of CHO. In order to provide health facilities to the villagers in remote rural areas, all the districts were instructed to make the planning of bike ambulances as per the requirement. In the districts, instructions were given to open the account of PC / PNDT in the name of the appropriate district authority. He asked all the districts to
make action plans and work according to the target with the right strategy. Campaign Director National Health Mission Ramesh Gholap instructed to make available the status of withdrawal and expenditure and the updated status of surrendering funds in a timely manner in the review meeting.
