Pakuria: Girls football competition, awareness rally and discussion on Nutrition Month / Hindi Fortnight / Meri Mati, Mera Desh / Swachhta Hi Seva / Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana on Saturday at Plus Two High School, Pakuria by Central Communication Bureau, Dumka.
On this occasion, under the ‘Meri, Mati, Mera Desh’ campaign by the volunteers of Nehru Yuva Kendra, rice was taken with reverence in the Kalash by the Honorable Chief, Honorable Deputy Chief, Honorable Chief of
Pakudiya.
The program was started by lighting the lamp in which Pakudiya Head Mr. Kalidas Marandi Ji, Deputy Head Mrs. Archana Devi Ji, Head Mrs. Anita Soren Ji, Principal of Plus Two High School Mrs. Pramila Tudu Ji, Doctor of Pakur Primary Health Center were present. Dr. Mukesh Kumar Mandal, in-charge, Pakudiya Health Center, Pakudiya said that Pakur district and Pakudiya block are lagging behind in the matter of nutrition: everyone, especially girls, need to pay special attention to nutrition.

The girls’ football match on Swachhta Hi Seva was the center of attraction of today’s program and the winning and runner-up teams were honored with trophies.
