Ranchi: A ‘Signature Campaign’ was organized by the Press Information Bureau and Central Communications Bureau, Ranchi, under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting under the joint aegis of the Income Tax Department, Ranchi and SBI, on India’s G20 presidency.
Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Ranchi Dr Amarveer Singh participated in this campaign as the chief guest in the campaign organized in the premises of SBI Doranda branch. The program was presided over by Akhil Kumar Mishra, Additional Director General, PIB-CBC, Ranchi, while Savita Kumari, Assistant General Manager, SBI, Doranda branch and Rafia Naaz, a renowned yoga teacher from Ranchi and founder of ‘Yoga Beyond Religion’, were the special guests.
Chief Guest Dr Amarveer Singh said in his address that it is a matter of great pleasure that these departments of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting have organized this signature campaign in association with SBI on the occasion of our country getting the presidency of G20.
Getting the chairmanship of G20 is a matter of great pride for the country and for our countrymen and for the country’s leadership. This is such an opportunity when we will get an opportunity to present the power, strength and culture of our country in front of the world.
In his address Akhil Kumar Mishra, ADG, PIB CBC said that this will be a big event for the whole country, preparations for which have already started. Rarely in decades does a country get the honor of organizing such events.
In this signature campaign, as the three departments of the Government of India are working together, similarly, for its successful organization, various ministries and departments of the government are also working together at the nationwide level and this event should be for the benefit of the whole world. Used to be.
Kavita Kumari Assistant General Manager, SBI Doranda branch said that India has got the opportunity to chair the G20, it is a big forum which includes all the major countries of the world apart from the European Union. This is a big chance for us to show ourselves better to the world and make an impact. For this, my best wishes for its successful organization from our side.
Famous yoga teacher and founder of ‘Yoga Beyond Religion’, Rafia Naaz said that India has got this opportunity to host G20 for the first time, it shows that we have thrown off the shackles of slavery that bound our progress. We have come a long way by breaking them. It is a matter of pride for all of us when the flag of India will be hoisted all over the world, and a different and new identity of ours will emerge.
At the start of the programme Shahid Rehman, Head of the Office of the Central Bureau of Communications, Ranchi, said that after the chairmanship of the Non- Aligned Movement, this event is a big event for the country in decades.
