The agitating para teachers said that every time the government gives them assurances and alleged that due to the policies of the state government they are forced to start agitating. They warned that this was the beginning and if the state government does not listens to their demands then more severe education will be launched.

Director of State Education Project Council Sailesh Kumar Chourasia said that for the education of the children the para teachers have been asked to take less leave but if the teachers have gone on leave without any concrete reasons then their salary will be cut.

In order which the council had sent to district education superintendents, it has been said that most of the demands of the para teachers have been met and regular agitation and dharna and strike is impacting the studies of the children. After a long break due to Coronavirus the studies of children have been impacted and in such a scenario dharna and other protest acts were not correct.
