Ranchi: For the first time on Sunday the leaders of the Mahagathbandhan held a joint press conference amid the ongoing political turmoil in the state. Addressing the media Cabinet Minister and senior JMM leader Champai Soren said that their alliance was strong. He said that a big conspiracy is being hatched against the elected government of the people. He clearly said that the BJP is not able to digest a tribal chief minister and the wheel of development is being slowed down by conspiracy.
Champai alleged that the history of BJP is to destabilize the government of non-BJP ruled states but his plan will not succeed in Jharkhand. He said that at the behest of the central government it is trying to destabilize the government, but will never succeed in its vested intentions.
Champai Soren said that what report has been given by the Election Commission to the Governor, what decision has been taken by the Governor, it should be made public. He said that the Governor and the Election Commission are complicating the matter and confusion is being spread among the public. “Whatever decision you have to take, take it soon,” he said. Champai said that BJP is promoting horse-trading in the state.
Giving the example of Delhi he said that BJP is trying to do the same in Jharkhand as MLAs are being traded in Delhi but they do not know that this is the government of the Andolankaris of Jharkhand. “We have answer on every topic and never will the malicious intentions of the BJP be allowed to succeed, “ he said adding that the question arises as to why the Governor is not making the contents of the envelope public.
Obviously, an environment of horse trading is being created at the behest of top BJP leaders, he alleged. Health Minister Banna Gupta said that they are descendants of ‘Ulgulaan’ and also know how to do Ulgulaan. He said that if any decision has been taken against the Chief Minister, it should be made public.
The minister said that a BJP leader is giving information by tweeting that this decision has been taken, that decision has been taken. The Election Commission and the Governor should tell what is in the sealed envelope.
