On the instructions of the CM, an action plan has been prepared to train teachers of 80 excellent schools

Ranchi: After the commencement of education on the lines of CBSE in 80 excellent schools across the state, an action plan has now been prepared to train teachers on the instructions of Chief Minister Hemant Soren.

This residential training program will be conducted from 21 August to 13 October 2023 at J.C.E.R.T. Ratu will be held in Ranchi.

These teachers will be provided training by Azim Premji Foundation so that more quality education can be given to the children according to the changing times.

In the first phase of the five-day training program organized in different phases for the teachers of 80 excellent schools, 10 teachers from each school will be trained.

In this way a total of 800 teachers will be trained.

Teachers will be trained in a total of five batches.

The first batch will get training from 21-25 August, the second batch from 11-15 September, the third batch from 18-22 September, the fourth batch from 03-07 October and the fifth batch from 09-13 October 2023.

Before this training, two teachers of each school have been trained through Harsh Johar.

Earlier, on the instructions of the Chief Minister, online training of principals of 80 excellent schools has been done in two phases by the National Centre for School Leadership.

The training of principals of 80 excellence schools has been completed in two phases by the Azim Premji Foundation.

In January 2023, 15 principals were trained by IIM, Ranchi and IIM Ahmedabad for capacity building of principals.

Now the work of training teachers in different phases is starting.
