Ranchi: On the eve of the 100th episode of Maan Ki Baat program of Prime Minister Narendra Modi the Jharkhand BJP organised Deep-Utsav across 24 districts of Jharkhand. In the state capital of Ranchi the function was organised under the banner of Ranchi Mahanagar in which party workers and leaders lit Diyas at the state BJP headquarters at Harmu Road.
After lighting the earthen lamps the party leaders and workers carried the same to Harmu Chowk where they placed the diyas after which they returned to the state office. Earlier speaking on the occasion Deepak Prakash said that similar programs have been organised across all the 24 districts of Jharkhand.
He said that Maan Ki Baat program is one of its kind dialogue programs in the country which links the people with the Prime Minister. He said that in this non-political program of the Prime Minister discussions are held not only on the ancient and rich heritage of India but also the progress of the country in the 21st century.
He said that on Sunday on the momentous occasion of the 100th episode of Maan Ki Baat program across 8100 places spread across the 81 Vidhan Sabha areas of Jharkhand the program would be listened to while the MPs and other elected representatives will also organise separate programs.
