Deoghar: A series of events were organised by the Central Bureau of Communications as part of the National Unity Day and National Vigilance Week in this district. A program was inaugurated on the R Mitra School premises of Deoghar by Dr Kumar Tarachand Deputy Development Commissioner of Deoghar district.
The Chief Guest of the program first inaugurated the picture exhibition by cutting the tape and then inaugurated the related programs by lighting the lamp.
Dr Tarachand said that India is a living example of unity in diversity. He also said that India’s past has been very proud and people have raised flags in the past on subjects like science, economics, and political science. He said that today the need is to revive the same golden past and for this, it is necessary that we follow the ideals of great leaders like Sardar Patel and learn from every page of their life.
The Deputy Development Commissioner gave a short but informative and wonderful presentation showing the vision of India ahead, which greatly benefited the audience.
Karthik Prasad Tiwari said that today’s students can achieve success by adopting the excellent life principles of Sardar Patel. District Information and Public Relations Officer Deoghar Ravi Kumar said that Sardar Patel’s life is a source of inspiration for all of us. Seshadri, an exhibition equipped with rare pictures and information related to the life of Sardar Patel was showcased.
