Ranchi: Now the accused whose bail application is rejected by the civil court will get a copy of the court order without any fee. Jharkhand High Court has issued an order in this regard.
In the order issued by the Registrar General of the High Court, it has been said that all the under-trial prisoners who are lodged in the jail are entitled to get a copy of the bail application free of cost if it is cancelled.
Therefore, all the trial courts in the state are directed to provide a copy of the rejection order to the counsel for the accused, free of cost, if the bail application is rejected. This copy can also be used as a certified copy in all judicial works.
Earlier, after the bail application was rejected, money had to be spent to get its copy.
