Ranchi: There has been a rapid increase in the cases Covid-19 in Jharkhand as presently the number of active cases in the state has gone up to 309. Corona has returned in 19 districts, but there are still five districts of the state where there is not a single corona patient.
According to the data of the Health Department, the capital Ranchi is the only district where the number of patients is expected to increase. Ranchi is the only district which has the maximum number of corona cases as there are 81 active cases of corona here.
According to the statistics of the Health Department, 5,284 samples have been tested in the state on the last day. In which 49 new infected have been found. While the number of cured patients is 24. However, the health department says that the condition of the patients is not such that they are in danger of being admitted to the hospital. Still, care and protection is needed.
In the last 20 days, there has been an increase in the number of corona patients. There was no patient in the state in the first week of March. But at present the number of active cases in Jharkhand has gone up to 309.
A maximum 81 are infected in Ranchi while 61 cases in East Singhbhum, 33 in Deoghar, 32 in Lohardaga, 12 in Gumla, 10 in Dhanbad, 11 in Bokaro, 11 in Latehar, five in Garhwa, eight in Giridih, seven in Godda, eight in Hazaribagh, two in Khunti,
Three are infected with corona in Koderma, two in Pakur, seven each in Palamu and Ramgarh. In the last 24 hours, not a single infected person has died due to corona. The first corona infected was found in the state on March 9 this year.
