More rains in state from Sunday onwards

Ranchi: Following a brief respite on Saturday the MET department has predicted for more rains in the course of the next three days in Jharkhand.

The Weatherman in its forecast has predicted heavy rainfall in one or two places in North-Eastern and South-Eastern regions of the state on Sunday while on Monday and Tuesday heavy rainfall has been predicted at one or two places in North-Eastern, South-Eastern and Central regions of the state. It has said that almost the entire state during this period might witness light to medium range of rainfall.

From Sunday to Tuesday the state capital of Ranchi and its adjoining areas would remain under cloud cover while in more than two spells light to medium range of rainfall is likely to occur during this period. The minimum and maximum temperature during these three days is likely to remain in the range of 23-28 degrees.
