Monsoon is bidding farewell – mercury will fall in many parts of the state

Ranchi: Monsoon is now bidding farewell. The weather is changing in many parts of the state. There was heavy rain in many parts of Jharkhand for more than a week, bidding farewell to the monsoon.

Light rain was recorded at many places in the state. Before the departure of monsoon, the weather in most of the districts of the state is dry.

A partly cloudy sky is observed in some parts of the state, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in many parts. According to the weather department, the sky will remain clear in the coming days.

Cold will start knocking at night. The sky has been predicted to remain clear during Durga Puja. If there is no rain, the pandal will look bright during Durga Puja. During Durga Puja, most of the people move from one pandal to another on foot.

If it rains, problems may increase for the devotees. Pandals have started being formed in many places including the capital Ranchi. The cold that is slowly creeping in during Durga Puja has indicated the change in weather.

Talking about the last 24 hours, the weather remained dry in the state. Sporadic rain has also been recorded in many parts of the state. In the last 24 hours, 14 mm of rainfall was recorded in Bano of Simdega.

A drop in temperature is being recorded in many parts of the state. There is a possibility of light rain in many parts of the state in the next 24 hours, but there is no possibility of heavy rain in any part of the state.
