Ranchi: As the Monsoon activity has fallen weak people in Jharkhand for the next one week people will have to bear heat and humidity.
According to the local MET department in Ranchi and other districts of the state for one-week people will have to face hot and humid conditions as the Monsoon has got weak in the state. It has been predicted that in July less than average rainfall might take place in the state, however, the weather will change after July 10.
The weatherman said that a low depression is likely to be formed in the Bay of Bengal on July 11-12 which is likely to cause rainfall in Jharkhand and adjoining areas. On Friday the state capital remained under mild cloud cover and light drizzle was reported from some of the areas.
In the last 24 hours, Godda had recorded a maximum rainfall at 54.7 mm. Medninagar was hottest at 37.2 degrees while Chaibasa was the hottest at 22.6 degrees.
